Teachers schedule now for field trips! Your group can sign up today for a visit tomorrow!
Birthday parties and corporate outings are being scheduled NOW. Do not delay in making your reservation as our calendar is filling up fast for one great event after another during the Fall Harvest Festival.
In the Market
Our fall crops, including pumpkins, acorn and butternut squash and decorative gourds are now available in the market.
We have mustard and turnip greens, beets in our U-Pick field that are awesome. Market fresh produce includes; Apples, fresh cider, beets, peppers, apples, acorn and butternut squash.
We want to thank our devoted customers. We grow produce for Central Indiana to take home to eat, freeze and preserve for enjoyment all year long.
In order to make sure all people have access to fresh food, Marion County WIC offers farmer's market vouchers that can be spent on fresh fruits and vegetables. We are pleased to participate in this program that encourages consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables for pregnant and nursing mothers and children under 5 years of age. These can be redeemed at our farm market during regular business hour, seven days/week. This summer on Saturday, July 16th and September 17, 2016 representatives of the Health Department were at our farm to distribute vouchers to eligible people. Many people with young children were served on that day. We make sure all people have access to healthy produce through this community collaboration. To determine whether you might be eligible for the WIC program, go to www.wic.in.gov or call 317-221-7401 to find a clinic near you.
